A typical review has 15-25 comments. At 1 credit per comment, you need 15-25 credits for a full review. The Single Review pack (50 credits, $4.99) covers most reviews with room to spare.
Do credits expire?
Yes, credits expire 3 months (90 days) after purchase. This ensures you get the latest AI improvements. Any new purchase resets the 90-day clock for all your credits.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Peereply never stores card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Eligible Stripe payments can be refunded automatically from your account within 14 days. Refunded credits or subscription access are removed from your account.
Do you offer institutional pricing?
